Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensures the SLA achievement on the change process
• Monitors and manages Change Management mailboxes and processes
• Proactively drives the service to ensure changes are implemented ina correct and timely way, and the accurate impact analyses are conducted
• Provides guidance and advice to the account Change Manager and the Service Desk
• Provides advice in change initiatives to improve the performance of the managed service
• Ensure quality and consistency of requirements in all new change processes
• Manage technical change and shift to the left projects
• To conduct regular analysis to identify improvement areas

Required Competencies and Skills

• ITIL awareness
• Significant knowledge of IT Infrastructure components
• Significant competency in building and sustaining relationships at various levels
• Able to define and review process documents and process flowcharts
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to express complex technical concepts verbally
• Fluent in English
