We are looking for Service Manager to CoIA2.0 project (m/f):
What are my responsibilities?
Modules/Functionalities “Sandboxing”,
“Advanced Firewall” and “Bandwidth control”
withthe detailed tasks but not limited to:
Change & Capacity Management of Bandwidth Control Module for the entire scope of all SNX locations worldwide
Regionalization of Bandwidth Control Module Rules
Management of individual site Bandwidth Controls or temporary rules on specific request
Technical Expert support to Global Service Manager and ISEC for the 3 modules
Second Level support for tickets logged in FITS (ServiceNow)
Interfacing, Service Improvement and continuous adjustments with ISEC for Modules Sandboxing and Advanced Firewall
SLA Management for all 3 modules
Adjusting and adapting all modules rules to the fast changing environment due to implementation of SD-WAN and ClientZone
What do I need to qualify for this job? Generation and Analysis of Reports for the 3 Modules for the whole CoIA-Scope worldwideChange Management for the Ruleset applied to “Advanced Firewall”Firewall expertise
Proxy and Network skills
Have knowledge in IT Infrastructure.
Skilled in information and communications technology (Pre. ITIL Foundations)
Quality assurance relating to deliverables from third parties i.e. IT Providers and Vendor sub-contractors.
Familiar with IT outsourcing contracts, SLA / KPI’s, license policies, charging models, etc.
Soft Skills(Communication and Relationship management):
Team player and enjoy working in an international and cross-functional team
Initiative and orientation on quality
Communication skills
Customer focus
Capacity for teamwork and networking skills
Organizational skills
Ability to build long-term relationships with internal colleagues and external providers
Ability to work independently and take decisions where necessary
Advanced English language (mandatory)
